Superfood Quinoa Power Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • ½ cup chickpeas (roasted or plain)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers

  • 1 handful spinach or kale
